REBECCA SINGH performs on screen, stage, and is a narrator. She appears as an aunt on THE HANDMAIDS TALE, a clerk on IN THE DARK, a social worker in MOBILE HOMES, a cop in FLASHPOINT and kindergarten teacher on OVERRULED!. 

Rebecca writes and voices descriptive narration (Described Video, Audio description and Image Description) does audio description for live theatre and Audiobooks. She is the founder of Superior Description Services

Her animated short JUST ANOTHER DAY has screened internationally. She is a member of BANFF SPARK ACCELERATOR PROGRAM, BLACK WOMEN FILM! CANADA and Toronto ACTRA Women's Committee (TAWC).

Rebecca sings with THE ELEMENT CHOIR and THE AVANT GARDENERS. Her voice performance experience spans from radio to audiobooks to gaming and animation. 

Rebecca is based in Toronto. She spent her formative years in Montreal and the down-to-earth neighbourhood in Edmonton where she grew up. 

Rebecca has created and performed theatre spanning from solo pieces to large spoken choruses. In 2010 she built CANADA’S SMALLEST THEATRE and over the next 5 years she programmed and created works for its stage. It was uninstalled in 2015. 

A seasoned Audio Describer and founder/CEO of SUPERIOR DESCRIPTION SERVICES for the Blind and partially sighted community, she is a published author and has presented about her work in the sector internationally at Languages and the Media 2021, Media For All 2021 and the Advanced Research Seminar for Audio Description (ARSAD) 2019. Rebecca speaks about this work frequently on podcasts and panels. 

Rebecca lives in Toronto, Canada with her partner and son.
