Accessibility Statement
Accessibility matters to how I work and how I’ve built this site. I don’t treat it as a box to tick—it’s part of how I think about making work, communicating, and considering who experiences it.
This page covers what I’ve done to make the site accessible and how to reach me if you need something different.
WEBSITE ACCESSIBILITY
I’ve designed this site to be:
- Readable with screen readers
- Navigable by keyboard
- Clear without depending only on visual cues
- Organized with consistent headings and descriptive links
Where I can:
- Images have alt-text
- Audio and video content includes description or accompanying text
- Content is written plainly
The site prioritizes clarity and ease of use.
CREATIVE ACCESSIBILITY PRACTICE
Accessibility also runs through my creative work. In performance, audio, and interdisciplinary projects, access often influences form, structure, and how audiences relate to the work.
This might mean:
- building audio description into a piece from the start
- developing narrative forms shaped by access considerations
- working with Blind, low-vision, and disabled artists and consultants
There’s more about this on the Creative & Accessibility Practice page.
LIMITATIONS
The site isn’t perfect. As it grows, some gaps will exist—especially with older media or archival material that isn’t yet in fully accessible formats.
I’m working on improving access and I’m open to feedback.
REQUESTING ACCESS SUPPORT
If you hit a barrier on this site or need information in another format, let me know.
I’ll respond and provide support where I can.
